Deep ruby colour with garnet reflections. The bouquet is mature and intense, with predominant methoxypyrazine notes of green pepper. Very ripe black fruits can be found — cherries, blackberries, plums — together with abundant impressions from oak ageing. Dry, medium-bodied, with higher, ripe acidity, and a moderate alcohol level despite the ripeness, ending with a pleasant finish. A fine, maturing Cabernet Sauvignon, good quality.

Pairs excellently with game, grilled dishes, and pasta.
