The wine has a delicate lemon-green color. The bouquet is quite aromatic, clear, defined, and varietal. Apricot, grapes, ripe pear, grapefruit. Dry, medium-bodied, higher acidity, a hint of phenolic touch. The taste in the mouth is full, balanced, with well-expressed minerality. The acidity is pleasant and refreshing, giving it a long finish.

It pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, and crayfish.
Due to its balance, it is a versatile wine that can also be enjoyed on its own.
